Summary of upcoming games in February 2024 (Part 1)

Let’s take a look at the list of games that will land in early February with GameHub:

Granblue Fantasy: Relink (PC, PS4/5) – 1/2

As the latest sequel to the famous RPG series, Granblue Fantasy: Relink is set in the same fictional world as the original Granblue Fantasy but takes place in a different location. Take on the role of captain of a sky crew, along with a fierce little dragon named Vyrn and a young girl with mysterious powers named Lyria. Players will join forces with a colorful group of comrades, including kings and misfits alike, to travel to Estalucia, a legendary island at the end of the sky.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (PS5, XSX/S, PC) – 2/2

Taking place in the same world as Rocksteady’s famous Batman Arkham series, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League takes players along the suicide squad to destroy heroes who are now controlled by Brainiac. The game has great cutscenes, an engaging storyline mixed with humorous jokes. Players will both coordinate with teammates and compete for scores to create interesting experiences.

Persona 3 Reload (PC, PS4/5, Xbox One, XSX/S) – 2/2

Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the famous Persona 3 game. The game takes the concept of the original title and reworks it brilliantly, especially when it comes to visual flair and impressive presentation. The social, interactive, and activity simulation is one of the best features ever put into a video game, immersing gamers from the first day they set foot in Gekkoukan High School. Players will always have something to do in this great city, from reopening a used bookstore at the mall to spending time with friends in any restaurant. The game will be released in the first days of February, and is very suitable to play during the Lunar New Year holiday.

Foamstars (PS4, PS5) – February 6

If you are interested in Nintendo’s Splatoon game series but sadly don’t have a Switch, then Foamstars may be the choice for you. Besides the first impression that it is too similar to Nintendo’s squid shooting game, Foamstars also promises to bring completely different experiences. The game has a fun party atmosphere, with many characters with diverse skills. Foamstars will be available on PlayStation Plus on day one of launch.

Helldivers 2 (PC, PS5) – February 8

Unlike the original game, Helldivers 2 is a third-person shooter. The Strategyems feature will return. These are supply packages that include cluster bombs, sentry guns, shield generators or containers containing special weapons with limited use. The game’s armor system is inspired by real guns when shooting at armored targets. The game features multiplayer with up to four players, allowing gamers to “explore unique planets and complete objectives together, while upgrading equipment through Helldivers 2’s unique system.” .

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden (PC, PS5, XSX/S) – February 13

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is a third-person action role-playing game. In the game, players will control a pair of ghost hunters named Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith. The pair go on a mission to investigate a small but haunted community called New Eden, despite Duarte becoming a ghost in the process. The player can use both Raith’s regular weapons and Duarte’s mental abilities against enemies. In the game, players will have to make many choices that directly affect the plot.

Tomb Raider Remastered (Switch, PC, PS, Xbox) – February 14

A remake of the original trilogy that made Tomb Raider famous, including:​

  • Tomb Raider I + Unfinished Business
  • Tomb Raider II + Golden Mask
  • Tomb Raider III + The Lost Artifact

Following Lara Croft, players will discover the treasures of the ancient world by solving puzzles and unraveling mysteries lost due to the ravages of time. The game will be upgraded in terms of graphics and retain the most unique features of the original.

Skull and Bones (PC, PS5, XSX/S) – February 16

Skull and Bones is a name that has caused a lot of curiosity for gamers since it was revealed in 2017 by Ubisoft. The game has promised to be released many times in the past, but was delayed until recently. The game focuses on pirate and naval battles with a fantasy setting in the late 17th century, the peak of the Golden Age of Piracy in history.
