The nightmare begins in a strange city where gusts of wind never stop and is famous for its deadly location, the Necropolis. The two children will face many hidden dangers coming from the sandy beaches and desolate ruins here.
At the beginning of the game, Low and Alone are thrown out of a mirror, falling into the middle of the desert, surrounding Necropolis. Low helps Alone up and their long journey across the desert begins. The two characters are equipped with special tools. These tools will play an important role at a certain point in the game, players will need Low’s bow and arrows or Alone’s wrench to move forward.
Necropolis is home to Monster Baby, one of the new Residents whose eyes are filled with menace. Whenever he finds something to play with, Monster Baby will not hesitate to snatch it from the collapsing building. Players need to quickly escape the sight of this monster.
Different from the first two games developed by Tarsier Studios, Little Nightmares III is being carried out under the hands of Supermassive Games, publisher of Until Dawn and The Dark Pictures Anthology. The game is expected to launch next year on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
