Epic Games announced three upcoming online service games at the same time they landed Fortnite To be: LEGO Fortnite on December 7, Rocket Racing on December 8 and Fortnite Festival on December 9. The Rocket Racing Launch Trailer will debut at The Game Awards 2023 on December 7.
The next chapter of Fortnite will introduce a new island while also bringing a Lego-themed experience to the battle royale game. Following The Big Bang, which marked the end of Fortnite OG, developer Epic Games has revealed a new in-game experience called Lego Fortnite. Lego Fortnite is described as a new survival crafting game coming to Fortnite. This is the first digital gaming experience to come from Epic Games’ long-term partnership LEGO Group. The game will launch on December 7 with a rating of E10+.
The second game revealed is Rocket Racing – a supersonic arcade racing game where players show off their racing skills with friends through a roster of tracks. Rocket Racing is developed by Psyonix, the team behind Rocket League, and will be available in Fortnite on December 8 with an E rating.
And finally, Fortnite Festival is the new music game where players can join a band with friends or perform solo on stage to hits from their favorite artists. The game was developed by Harmonix, the studio behind the iconic music game Rock Band. Festival marks the beginning of gameplay music in Fortnite. The Weeknd will kick off Fortnite Festival Season 1 as the game’s first Music Icon on December 9.
