Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney shared on Twitter: “Today’s ruling is not a victory for developers or consumers. Epic is fighting for fair competition between in-app payment methods and app stores for one billion consumers. Fortnite will return to the App Store when Epic can offer a payment method that competes fairly with Apple’s in-app payment methods, bringing savings to consumers. Thank you to everyone for your time and effort in the fight for fairness on digital platforms, and special thanks to the court for quickly handling a complex case. We will continue to fight.”
