Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat, the spin-off mobile game that was once only available in China, has finally set a global launch date. Those who pre-register will have the opportunity to receive some exciting gifts from the event celebrating the release of the global version of the game.
Peak of Combat was released for Android devices in the Chinese market in June 2021. The game was scheduled to release on December 2, but that plan seems to have been scrapped.
During a livestream on December 5, developer NebulaJoy has revealed that the English version of Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat will launch on January 10, 2024. To celebrate the upcoming release date, those participating in the game’s media campaign will have the opportunity to receive a $10 Amazon gift card. Those who pre-register will receive in-game rewards based on the number of pre-registered players.
The global version of Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat was announced in 2021 and the release plan was changed to give NebulaJoy more time to complete the localized version for iOS and Android. The developer revealed that Capcom has high hopes for maintaining consistency with assets from the mainstream Devil May Cry games. NebulaJoy also mentioned the need to constantly tweak and optimize their gacha game.
