Bethesda launches mobile game The Elder Scrolls: Castles

Recently, Bethesda has officially revealed the title mobile games its new name The Elder Scrolls: Castlesdeveloped by the team behind Fallout Shelter. Like Fallout Shelter, Castles is a management simulation that allows players to build their own dynasty – where each day in our world is equivalent to an in-game year.

The citizens in the game will all have their own life cycle, i.e. birth and death; Meanwhile, rulers can be betrayed and overthrown. Players will control their own castle and make decisions to build the kingdom and manage its subjects. You can add new rooms and items to expand the castle. The game seems to have a turn-based combat mode that is quite convenient and does not require too complicated operations from the player.

Although the App Store’s page The Elder Scrolls: Castles shares that the game will include in-app purchases (usually found in free-to-play games), but we’re still not sure if we’ll need to pay to experience this game or not.

The Elder Scrolls: Castles is currently in beta in the Philippines and will be available in other regions over the next few months. This is the third mobile game in the series, after The Elder Scrolls: Blades – one title role-playing game traditional, in 2019 and The Elder Scrolls: Legends – a collectible card game, in 2017. Currently, Bethesda has not announced the specific release date of this game.
