Call of Duty: Warzone has long been faced with countless hacker and cheater. So it’s no surprise that the next game in the series, Vanguard also experienced the same fate right from the open beta version.
According to a report by Waypoint, cheaters have already begun to itemize the item in the beta of Call of Duty: Vanguard. The beta version of Vanguard is not equipped with a new anti-cheat system, so bad guys took advantage of this and easily ended the match. Hackers were able to act so quickly because much of Vanguard’s code had similarities with the Modern Warfare reboot.
Call of Duty’s engine hasn’t changed much over the course of the series’ development, so it’s always been easy to transfer cheats from one game to another. Additionally, the beta period is the best time to be the first to successfully hack the game and promote it Fraud service.
Call of Duty: Vanguard will release on November 5. New anti-cheat system by Activision will start operating at the same time as above. The CoD community hopes that this system is robust enough to protect the Call of Duty series against constant attacks from hackers.
