In recent days, fans have been making a lot of speculation about the possibility of a spin-off version Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Don’t have to wait long, earlier this week, Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine officially confirmed the new series called “Kimetsu Gauken!”.
According to Anime News Network, this chibi-style Demon Slayer series will launch in Saikyō Jump magazine starting on August 4. Demon Slayer’s author – Koyoharu Gotouge – is not personally in charge of this spin-off project but will hand over the rights give Natsuki Hokami, who is famous for the Hell Warden Higuma series, was also published in Weekly Shonen Jump from December 2018 to May 2019.
